Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. However, we can offer an exchange on products that are damaged unpon arrival. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be returned unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if your items have been opened, and used, we are unable to accept the return and will not issue an exchange.
